The Duo has a twin size mattress frame on top and a full size mattress frame on the bottom. The solid wood bunk bed was sold in cherry, eastern maple or pacific coast maple. A warning label on the end rail of the top bunk has model number "5702" and "Duo Bunk" printed on it.

The recalled play yard sheets are cream-colored, cotton jersey fabric. They were sold as an accessory to the 4moms breeze play yard. "4moms" is printed on a black tag sewn onto the sheet. The recalled dresser measures 33 inches high by 20 inches deep by 40 inches wide and is a part of the DaVinci children's bedroom furniture collection. Entrapment and strangulation can occur, especially to infants younger than 12 months of age, when a child is not harnessed. An infant can pass through the opening between the stroller tray and seat bottom, but his/her head and neck can become entrapped by the tray. Infants who become entrapped at the neck are at risk of strangulation. The recall involves two different older versions of the Peg Perego strollers, Venezia and Pliko-P3, manufactured between January 2004 and September 2007, in a variety of colors. Only strollers that have a child tray with one cup holder are part of this recall. Strollers with a bumper bar in front of the child or a tray with two cup holders are not included in this recall. "Peg Perego" and "Venezia" or "Pliko-P3" are printed on the side of the strollers. Both the chair and ottoman sit on circular metal bases made from 1.25 inch metal tubing and have cushions covered in either light brown or green microfiber fabric or dark brown simulated leather fabric. A label under the seat of the chair identifies the manufacturer as Dongguan Shindin Metal and Plastic Products Ltd. There is a small label on the front metal rod under the seat that states "Maximum wt load 250 lbs."
